Every Vote Counts report now available

Following our successful launch party yesterday at Westminster, the full Every Vote Counts report is now avaiable for download from our website.

The report looks back over the project. It explores the barriers people with learning disabilities face when dealing with the democratic process, through real life stories. It also includes invaluable advice for all those working in politics, helping them to make the information they provide to voters clearer and easier to understand.

It ends with a call to action – to politicians, people with learning disabilities, their friends and families, and the organisations who work with them – to work together to help people with learning disabilities ensure their voices are heard, in 2010 and beyond.
