What have we tried?

Everyone is different. We don’t believe in "off the peg" solutions but treat each person as an individual and develop a tailored service around them.
"People who use services are central to all activity and to the ethos of the organisation. United Response focuses on diverse care needs and people who use services comments’ reflect this. They felt that they are able to participate in the full function of services and any comments or concerns are listened to and acted upon. There are exceptional systems in place to ensure that all people who use its services reach their full potential."
