United Response will celebrate Mental Health Day with other groups.
The day is to tell people about mental health problems. And to talk about equal rights.
United Response works with other people to support people with mental health needs to make decisions about their lives.
Liz Cross is supported by United Response. She said:
"Being supported by United Response has really given me back my life.
"Before, I found it difficult to leave the house. But I found out about a group of people where I live.
"The group organises things for us to do. It has helped me to get out of the house.
"I asked people from the group to my house. This was a big thing for me.
"Being in the group I have met other people like me.
"I know that I am not alone.
"Some days can still be difficult, but I know that my support worker is always there."
