Su Sayer from United Response was given an award called the Lifetime Achievement Award.
This is because Su has been supporting people since 1973.
She set up one house for people with learning disabilities in 1973.
Now, United Response supports around 1,500 people.
United Response also supports people with mental health problems to live in the community.
Su said:
"I am so pleased to have this award.
"But, I will be really pleased when people with learning disabilities and mental health problems are truly equal."
