This is a press release that was sent to the newspapers and radio

The project is called Good To Great. It was started in the North West of England last year.

The project is to give staff the tools they need to be totally person-centred.

Staff feel more confident about the support they give now.

Because this was so good, the rest of United Response will use Good to Great.

Bob Tindall from United Response said:

"People who work with us are even better at supporting people independently or in groups. People knew how to do the work but we gave them more confidence."

"This is all good for the people we support."

The judges agreed that this was a good project.
