Supported employment

Many of the people we support want a job.

United Response has some projects to help the people we support to get a job.

We work with people to find out what they want to do.

We help people build on their skills or learn new ones so they can access opportunities.

Having a job can make a real difference to a person’s life. It can help someone become more independent. It can build confidence and start new friendships.

United Response also has some learning and skills development projects to help people gain the skills, qualifications and confidence they need.
