Some people need training to learn and develop their skill. United Response can deliver some of this training.

Cafés

We have two cafés in York. The cafés provide training for people with learning disabilities in real café environments.

Training materials

United Response can support people with learning disabilities in skills development and learning.

We have made special training materials to support this work. These training materials were funded by Section 64 of the Department of Health.

These training materials have been written with easy words and pictures.

The training materials include information about work skills, behaviour, dress, and health and safety.
