We support employers to understand the needs of each person. We work with employers to overcome any potential worries or problems.

Ongoing support

We work with each person to find their placement and we work alongside them when they start work.

This is helpful for both employers and for the person who is working.

Some employers may be nervous about employing someone with a disability.

We know that the answers lie in working with an individual, supporting someone to do the job well.

Supporting someone to work is not about just finding them a job. It’s about matching them with the right employer and providing both with the support they need.
