Barbara got her first paycheck at the age of 75. Barbara works for UR Sorted.

Barbara had always wanted a job, but found it difficult. Then she found out about UR Sorted.

Barbara did a course for eight weeks which was organised by United Response. This was to make sure she was ready for work.

She said "I fold magazines, put them in envelopes and then stick stamps on the front."

When she got her first pay packet Barbara said "I'm putting my money in the bank and saving it up. I want to keep working at UR Sorted so that I can earn more money."

Barbara has also interviewed people to find a new job coach for the Trafford Employment Service.
