London to Paris bike ride

Raise money for United Response whilst cycling through Paris on Bastille day!!

The next London to Paris cycle trip departs on 11th July and finishes on 15th July. You will therefore have the once in a lifetime opportunity to arrive in Paris on Bastille day, 14th July!  

Bastille day is the French National day and commemorates the conclusiion of the French revolution, held on the first anniversary of the storming of the Bastille on 14 July 1789.

The oldest and largest regular military parade in Europe is held on the morning of 14 July, on the Champs-Élysées avenue in Paris in front of the President of the Republic, French officials and foreign guests.

This special challenge will also see you cycling nearly 500km (310 miles) over five days, through two countries. The route takes you through idyllic French villages and beautiful countryside settings, as well as around some of the landmarks of one of Europe’s most popular cities including the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower.

To take part in this amazing journey, you’ll need to put down an initial £99 deposit and pledge to raise a minimum of £1,400 for United Response. In return, you’ll get lots of advice and support to help you raise your target and cross the finish line.
