Take on this weekend challenge and see one of England’s most historic sites while raising money for United Response!
Hadrian’s Wall originally ran from coast to coast and spanned 72 miles. Today we are left with only sections of this famous landmark, which cuts though the beautiful Northumberland National Park.
The trek takes you alongside the only remaining sections of the wall, allowing you to admire ancient monuments, beautiful scenery and the skill of the Roman engineers who built this famous landmark – which is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Lasting a weekend, this may only be a short challenge, but it’s still rated as tough and therefore offers a truly rewarding experience. This is a great opportunity to participate in a beautiful and challenging trek for a good cause, without having to take lots of time off work!
