Our staff receive in-depth training to ensure that they are fully qualified to support you with whatever needs you may have.

We will try to keep the same support workers so that you can build a strong relationship and be supported consistently and effectively. Where possible we will involve you in choosing the person who will support you. We will also try and match your skills and interests with staff who are supporting you.

We will provide your support within a timescale agreed with you, your care manager, other care providers, or other agencies as appropriate.

Your support staff will make every effort to enable you to demonstrate your preferences and choices when it comes to choosing, buying, planning and cooking what you eat, how you dress or where you want to go.

United Response has a 24-hour on call system to make sure you have access to experienced, trained and qualified managers to provide support and advice at any time.
