We aim to support family carers in the workplace, including facilitating an employee carers’ forum.
We are raising employers’ awareness of the needs of family carers in the workplace and supporting them to address the issues this raises.
In particular, we are encouraging employers to adapt working practice to accommodate the needs of family carers.
