In September, we asked you to help us design our Christmas cards for 2014. We had over 100 wonderful entries ranging from Christmas puddings, winter wildlife scenes, dogs in Santa outfits to a self-portrait, a poem and a Christmas rap – we’ve had it all! The three winning designs are now available for purchase in our online shop.

We’d like to thank everyone that took part. We’ve loved looking through your Christmas cards - it’s got us feeling all festive! You can check them all out on our online gallery.

We had two expert judges: Val Kerry, a postcard creator, and Sue Jagelman, a United Response trustee, who chose the three winners.

Val thought, ‘giving a platform to all is a wonderful gesture from United Response and one that can’t be undervalued in giving a person a sense of self-worth, as well as a voice to air their creativity!’

A big congratulations to the winners:

Inspirative Arts, Expressive Arts Group – Every snowman is unique, every person is special

‘We are a group of people with different abilities who come together every week to make art and express ourselves. We each made a snowman to represent ourselves, and then we made a world for them to share together.’
