A month ago United Response launched  Easy News in the House of Commons, the first easy read newspaper designed for people with learning disabilities.

It was received well by politicians from all parties, as well as by the media and – most importantly – the public. Messages of support and subscription requests have been flooding in, ever since the launch.

The momentum behind this interest is set to continue, as this week we are participating in our first ever Twitter Q&A, with the public sector news website Govtoday.

So if you want to ask a question about Easy News, or are just interested in getting the latest info on it, keep an eye on our account (@unitedresponse), the Govtoday Health and Social Care Reform account (@hscseries), or use the hashtag #HSCQA.

The Q&A takes place on Wednesday 27th Feb at 11am. Afterwards Govtoday will put the whole interview up on their Health and Social Care Reform website.

James Dodd, web and digital media manager.
