About us Blog Postcards from the Edges: 'Disabled Asylum Seekers- Mural created in Bristol' Every Monday we look forward to sifting through the contributions to our Postcards from the Edges website to choose a postcard to share with you all. We hope that by giving you the stories behind postcards, it will inspire others to get involved and to realise that we all have something to contribute and share. This blog is the sixth in the series of Postcard of the week. This postcard features a mural created with disabled asylum seekers in Bristol. Disability Murals is a research project working with disabled people living in a variety of circumstances. They aim to discover the hopes and priorities of the people they support and find out what stands in the way of achieving them. Find out more about this postcard and about Disability Murals by viewing the postcard and story in full on the Postcard’s from the Edges website. Thank you to everyone who has already created a postcard and for those of you who haven’t, head to the Postcards from the Edges website to upload a postcard or use the online creator to make one online. If you’d like a Postcard pack, which includes postcards and a freepost envelope to get the postcards back to us, then email email@example.com with your postal address. Beth Bridewell, Media Assistant.
