As of 1st April 2017, ROC (Robert Owen Communities) will have merged with United Response. The ROC name now forms part of the innovative ROC Wellbeing services. ROC Wellbeing services, including ROC Welcome, offer a varied range of programmes and creative activities designed to improve people's heath and wellbeing, as well as increasing work and learning opportunities across the Devon and Cornwall region.
