DVD Competition Terms and Conditions Thanks for your interest in our best practice DVD competition Entering this competition is subject to the following terms and conditions, which are detailed below. By entering you are acknowledging that you accept these conditions. Entries must be received between 23rd May 2016 and midnight on 31st August 2016. Each entrant can win a maximum of 1 prize. Entries are accepted by any of the following methods:- Retweeting a competition related tweet that contains #BPDVD. Signing up to our best practice newsletter online using the competition code #BPDVD. Opting into our best practice newsletter at the London Autism Show 2016 (no code required). Sharing one of our competition related posts on Facebook that contain the phrase #BPDVD. Participants must have a full UK postal address to participate. Winners will each receive 1 DVD and suite of 10 best practice booklets. The 10 winners will be chosen at random by United Response. Decisions made by United Response are final. The term #BPDVD needs to be used to enter the competition (with the exception of delegates who enter the competition at the Autism Show (stand B8) on 17th – 18th June). Winners will be chosen by 5th September and will be notified using the contact details provided (twitter, email or telephone). Winners must provide a postal address within 7 days, if we have no response from the winner within that time United Response reserve the right to pick another entrant. The winner’s name will be displayed on the United Response website, newsletter on social media and for other promotional purposes where appropriate. There is no age restriction. However, if the prize winner is aged under 16 years, written permission from a guardian will be required to confirm acceptance of the prize and agreement to promotion. The best practice newsletter is also referred to as the person centred support newsletter. The best practice DVD is also referred to as the person centred support DVD.
