So if you enjoy dance classes or would like to test your knowledge with an interactive quiz, join one of our online sessions via Zoom, the easy to use video-calling app.

Monday 18th January

  • Live radio football talk show

    Every Monday, the Community Network will be going live from their Hub in Kent to discuss the weekend’s football.

    Everybody likes a song! Join us on Monday afternoons for a karaoke-style sing a long session, guaranteed to lift your spirits.

Tuesday 19th January

  • Makaton lesson and Movie Bingo

    We have our own handmade Movie Bingo where instead of numbers you will have to cross the right movies off your card.

    Join us at 11am via Zoom and sing the soundtracks of the movies with us! We’ll also be learning some Makaton.

    Join us for our bi-weekly politics group. Here we will be discussing issues such as the government’s response to COVID 19, as well as local and national politics.

  • Chair Yoga/Pilates

    Come and stretch with us in a yoga/pilates class!

    Please note: we are not Yoga/Pilates teachers, we cannot provide medical advice.

    The sessions will be guided by pre-chosen simple videos that we have previously used at The Hub and only contain light stretches, yet people should join only if they are fit enough or can have the support to adjust the exercise to their personal needs. We welcome you all to join the first session and judge by yourselves.
