Josh has a wide experience of overseeing specialist education and care settings for young people.

Josh has worked in education since 2002, and held leadership and headship roles across mainstream secondary, post 16 and special education settings. He has experience in leading portfolios of specialist provision and care for social, emotional and mental health, autistic learners, and specialist trauma services. Latterly he has worked at director of schools level for a range of SEND education providers in state funded, independent specialist, and academy trust settings – all working for autistic young people.

He feels a sense of privilege to work at with United Response as a trustee; the work that the charity does is so vital and makes such a difference to so many.
