Sue started her career at Proctor and Gamble, working in various positions across the organisation before deciding to make a change to work in social care.

Sue has worked for several for charities across the social care sector starting as a support worker before progressing into management and leadership positions over the past 23 years.

Sue spent 15 years working with Northumberland Council, supporting their Fostering teams, and is proud to have advocated for the rights and choices for people in supported environments for over two decades.
