Make life happen for people with disabilities

We are looking for caring and compassionate people to join us as support workers and make a difference in the lives of people we support. Full training will be provided so no experience is required, just enthusiasm, positivity and energy.

What is support work?

The work of our support workers is vital in the lives of the people we support, who may have learning disabilities, autism, mental health or physical disabilities.

Being a support worker is a varied role; you will help with things like day-to-day living, accessing volunteering or supported employment and enjoying activities in your local community.

Helping people learn a new skill or build their skills in an area which makes them happier or enables a better life, makes a good day at work.
