Do I need a Complex Will or a Simple Will?

Our offer is for Simple Wills.

A Simple Will lets you allocate out your money and items to the people you love without conditions.

If you want to do anything more complicated, like if you want to only give a gift to someone when they reach a certain age, or if you want to create a disability trust that will manage a gift to your disabled loved one who can’t manage it themselves, you may need a Complex Will.

Contact Fundraising@UnitedResponse.org.uk if you are unsure.

I know I need a Complex Will – should I still go with Farewill?

Farewill have a range of upgrades you can make to turn your Simple Will into a Complex Will.

On top of the cost of the Simple Will, you will need to pay for your additions. Our discount will deduct the cost of the initial simple Will from your total.

To start the process of setting up your Farewill Complex Will, visit farewill.com/unitedresponse. Our discount code will be automatically applied.

If you feel you would benefit from more bespoke advice, we have also partnered with Shakespeare Martineau Solicitors who can consult with you and offer bespoke advice around subjects such as disability.
