Welcoming Rebecca Silvester, our new Director of Quality

From our CEO, Kate Terroni,
“I am delighted to announce the appointment of Rebecca Silvester as our new Director of Quality. Rebecca joins us on 5 May and will work closely with Dorothy Delooze to ensure a smooth handover.
Rebecca brings over 20 years’ experience across housing and regulated health and social care, with a strong track record of driving improvement, governance and organisational transformation. Most recently, Rebecca was Director of Quality & Business Intelligence at Rethink Mental Illness, and the CQC nominated individual. She specialises in data-driven quality improvement and working collaboratively with people to co-produce good and outstanding care and support.
Rebecca also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Forwards Housing, providing oversight on governance, performance and risk.
Rebecca says: “I am excited to be joining United Response as Director of Quality. I bring a commitment to evidence-based improvement, lived experience led practice and strong, transparent governance.” Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys running, music, and watching live bands and artists.
I’m so excited for Rebecca to join my team. Her experience of delivering improvements in regulatory compliance and measuring quality through outcomes and lived experience aligns brilliantly with our Big Lives ambitions. I’m confident she will drive forward and build on the fantastic work Dorothy has led in her time with us.”
