With an academic background in law and a subsequent specialism in employment law, Jenny has spent almost 20 years in human resources and was absolutely delighted to take advantage of the opportunity to head up the People, Inclusion and Learning & Development function at United Response.

Her remit includes building inclusive people practices and strengthening organisational capability through effective learning and development.
