Rebecca brings over 20 years’ experience across housing and regulated health and social care, with a strong track record of driving improvement, governance and organisational transformation. Most recently, Rebecca was Director of Quality & Business Intelligence at Rethink Mental Illness, and the CQC nominated individual. She specialises in data-driven quality improvement and working collaboratively with people to co-produce good and outstanding care and support.  

Rebecca also serves as a Non-Executive Director at Forwards Housing, providing oversight on governance, performance and risk. 

Rebecca says: “I am excited to join United Response as Director of Quality. I bring a commitment to evidence-based improvement, lived experience led practice and strong, transparent governance.” Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys running, music, and watching live bands and artists.
