    8. The Government will pay for this by stopping the Digital ID programme.

    9. The Digital ID progamme was a plan to store official identification documents online made by the old Prime Minister Keir Starmer.

    11. Andy Burnham has also announced that from 1 January 2027, the most people will pay for one trip on a bus in England will be £2.

    12. Andy Burnham says he wants to put more money into people's pockets.

    13. He says this is the start of a longer plan to make life more affordable.
